Learn how to feel more positive and shift focus to what makes life worth living. Learn how to manage difficult situations and difficult people and feel better about them and ourselves. Become more receptive to positivity and possibility.

3) Know Thyself: Identifying and Optimizing Strengths

Learn to identify strengths in ourselves and others. Improve personal and professional lives through utilizing our strengths and helping others use theirs.
