Enjoy an inspiring day of art, writing, and reconnecting to the passion that brings us to this work!

Ethics trainings are often experienced as boring, full of legalistic jargon, and overly simplistic in providing guidelines for managing the complexities of real life therapeutic relationships. How can we go beyond meeting minimal standards and keep moving towards the ideals that bring us to the helping professions? Positive Ethics seeks to nurture the positive values that inspire us to fulfill our highest potential as therapists.

In this workshop. we will engage in creative and dynamic activities that will give us a fresh perspective on the unique values and strengths that move us to be therapists.

This training meets the Ethics requirements for renewal of State licensure for DC, MD, VA Social Workers, Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Substance Abuse Counselors, and for National Certification for Art Therapists and Expressive Therapists.
