Content: In this workshop, we will explore the strengths that bring us to the helping professions and that characterize the people we work with (staff and clients). We will use the creative process to become Strengths Spotters, discovering and activating strengths in ourselves and those around us. We will engage in experiential activities which leave us with renewed enthusiasm and passion for our work. Experiential activities include art making, writing, psychodrama, and small group and larger group exercises.
